Maria Grazia Cusi is Associate Professor in Microbiology and Virology and Chairman of the Teaching Committee for Medical Biotechnologies at the University of Siena. Since 2015 she has been the Director of Microbiology and Virology Laboratory at the “S. Maria delle Scotte” Hospital of Siena. She has 30 years of experience in research on viral vaccines and infectious diseases. Moreover, she has dedicated herself to the immunotherapy and prevention of some human tumors in preclinical trials. Notably, prof. Cusi has authored more than 100 manuscripts and has 7 patents to her name.
